Together we can identify when you are most likely to slip back into old patterns and learn strategies for staying motivated and focused on the changes you want.
Your willingness to take responsibility ensures good progress.
Do you think your problem is caused by some quirk of heredity, abusive parents, stressful people or circumstances? Even when these things are contributing factors you are the one who has the power and the choice to do something about it. Your willingness to change is the first and most empowering step you can take. This does not mean doing it all alone. You will be more likely to change and take risks when you have an adequate support system.

You may be asked to do some diary, journaling or log work in order to monitor your thinking, emotions and behaviours. Your commitment enables patterns and triggers to be identified more easily.
